Aditya spends most of his time listening before making decisions. Whether he’s meeting restaurant owners, refining the product, designing the experience or presenting SANQ to investors, he starts with the same question: what problem are we really trying to solve?
When he’s not speaking with customers, you’ll probably find him sketching interfaces, rewriting presentations or obsessing over details that most people would never notice. Because those details are often what make software feel effortless.
Great software doesn’t impress people with features—it quietly gives them back their time.

Akash grew up around restaurants, and that perspective keeps SANQ grounded in how they actually operate—not how software assumes they should. Every workflow is questioned against the reality of a busy kitchen, a store room and a manager who’s already juggling ten different things.
Beyond the product, Akash is responsible for the company itself. He oversees operations, finance and the countless moving parts required to build a business. While the team focuses on creating a great product, he makes sure the company behind it is just as strong.
Good operations should never get in the way—they should quietly enable everything else to happen.
